It is our policy to begin snow removal on primary streets, and follow that with removal on secondary streets.  By the time this process is complete snow on tertiary streets has been packed down by traffic. We are unable to plow on streets where the snow and/or ice has been packed because of the potential damage it could cause to the street and possibly to vehicles parked on or near the street. Additionally, because weather or continuing snow/ice demand that we focus on maintaining the primary and secondary streets, we are unable to take requests to plow streets.
