Any person working as a general contractor, electrical contractor, plumbing contractor, mechanical contractor, or in the City right of way must be licensed through the City Engineer's Office. Bonding and insurance must be submitted to the Engineering Department and a license fee of $350 for the initial year and $175 for each renewal year must be paid.
