If you believe an animal has been tethered for more than a reasonable period of time without proper access to food, water or shelter please contact our 311 Citizen Contact Center during normal business hours. If it is after normal business hours you can contact the Vigo County Dispatch non-emergency line at 812-232-1311, or if you feel the situation is an emergency please dial 911.
